What law is my photographer breaking by not supplying my wedding brochure over a year since the wedding? - wedding brochure wording
We were at 31 Mai married 08 and have had problems with this man. Your work is great, but the customer is terrible. She gave us after Lie Lie (I have proof in the form of e-mails) and not on any promises that we will continue to receive delivery. I have an oral contract with him, even though witnesses were present, and is paid in full! I know that an oral agreement with Scottish law, but I wonder if / and what breaks the law before the trading standards .... Please help

Breach of contract.
Write to him, giving him 7 days to deliver products or give money.
If not, then a complaint with the Small Claims Tribunal.
You can work online in England, Scotland is not certain.

Small Claims Court! You can ask for reimbursement of expenses that through. In recent years it has become much easier to do in Scotland too much.

Unfortunately you can not even your Photies
Do you have any "infringement"? Try ... one years is too long to wait for their wedding photos. I Contact your local legal aid office or search online. The laws are so different from one state to state and country to country. Good luck.
